Do not miss the great hiking trails surrounding the forest. The cathedral pines are a sight not to miss. North Country Trails and many more. We spent several days hiking this area. Many great discoveries mto be made.

We hiked the various trails in this park. We took a walk along the Clarion River. We drove through the forest and along the river. Everything was beautiful. Visit the Visitors Center for more information. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Cook Forest offers most of what you expect in a nature setting. An amazing clear, fresh river (Clarion River), hiking trails, sightseeing, canoeing, animal watching, camping, tenting, and relaxing.

You might want to try Macbeth Cabins. They are right aside the Clarion river
