The Factory Store is still very much the heart of SGC. We offer a wide variety of hand decorated glass as well as barware and wedding items. Have an item at home that you would like to personalize? Not a problem! With just a few exceptions, we are able to personalize just about anything.

I was excited to visit Susquehanna Glass, but disappointed with the actual visit. I expected more, cleaner, maybe some type of information on the art of glass etching. To me it appeared to be a shop to sell whatever overstock or seconds they had. Good...More

Stopped in to see this glass company which I visited some years ago. They still display beautiful glassware but there are no longer tours as the tourist brochure states. If you like glassware you can buy some to take home. Gene Parker Coplay PA

Stopped briefly to check this out while checking out antique stores in Columbia, PA. The store is small but the glassware is beautiful. They also had some glass bead jewelry that was unique. There was no tour mentioned so I assume there was none. It...More

We visited the factory and found out they no longer offer tours even though it is listed on the 2015 Getaway Map that we received at the visitor center. Presently, they have a room with glasses displayed that you could purchase. We didn't find the...More

The glass ware was beautiful in the small gift shop. Was not able to get a tour of the factory which was dissapointing, but had a great time selecting gifts for the holidays. We agreed we will go back again sometime, as we visit the...More

This little glass shoppe is a real nifty place to visit for glassware. But the highlight for us was watching it's Etcher applying her craft upon the glasses. She was a delightful lady who chatted with us for quite a while. We thoroughly enjoyed our...More

Found this place through TripAdvisor - a total surprise. My kids (ages 7, 9) love glass blowing and I called to find out what this tour was about before booking. The lady was super nice and explained that they do etching in glass and we'd...More

We called ahead and asked for a tour of this 110 year old glass factory. Jessica greeted us and conducted the tour. We were given as much time as we wanted to ask questions about what we saw. We were able watch the workers 'up...More

It is hard to rate this place. As to the "Tour" - it does not exist unless you pre-arrange it. Other than that, it is an unusual glass product store. Somewhat small but loaded with some nice items. Also, many of the items are maked...More
