We loved the fact that the furnishings were original to the house. A wedding was being set up when we arrived so there wasn't an actual guide but a lovely young lady took us through the parts that weren't being used by the wedding party.

Yes it is free. However there is not a castle on the grounds. You are confusing that with a paid home tour in town. You can walk the grounds and see the zoo and everything. It is amazing. You will love it. Many things to... More
