I made the one-hour drive from Vancouver to see the Tulip Festival. It was amazing. The magnificent colors were so bright, they became blurs on my pictures. Avoid the weekends, as the country roads become backed up quickly. Expect your shoes to get muddy.

Take your time and really enjoy the setting. There are many great photo "shots" to take, but don't forget to see and look. I also really enjoyed watching everyone else. A lot of fun!
