Terrific, intimate hall for shows. Decent acoustics, good specialty drinks (Curtis Cup--yum!) and great amenities in the on-site restaurant and gastro pub--and don't miss the rooftop bar when weather allows. One of Portland's better venues though if seeing a band, I'd want room for dancing...More

Went to see The Mavericks on a Thursday night. Get there early enough and there's $5 parking right next door. Bar inside with bar food (pizza and sandwiches mostly). Not bad, not great. Also a bar upstairs. You can bring food and drinks into the...More

This is an old high school auditorium which has been outfitted with excellent acoustics. There are rows of seats, no dancing, and fair lighting. They serve booze and it looks like there are plenty of parking spaces out back. We had a lot of fun....More

Have been to a number of concerts here; it is a great place for music. But, last night we stopped by for drinks on its rooftop patio -- fantastic views of Portland! Get there early; the place was packed by 5:45.

Probably one of the worst place to see music in Portland, the layout is awkward, the sound is not so great and the staff are not particularly friendly at all. Also if you buy drinks there use cash or check your credit card statements carefully,...More

A 24 hour boondoggle to see Midnight Oil and visit Portland for the first time. Revolution Hall is a quirky yet invigorating music venue. Bartenders are quick and generous. No bad seat in the house or standing spot. Treat yourself and get to,a show here.

This is a wonderful venue for music. It's our favorite place in Portland.. There's a very nice bar with good wine and beer selections. In a restored high school.

We went to Revolution Hall for the first time tonight to see a sold-out Arlo Guthrie concert. The 850 seat auditorium is comfortable and the view from the main auditorium (halfway back) was good. There were an adequate number of restrooms, a cafe with a...More

What a cool venue, we walked over from our room at the Jupiter Hotel and had a drink at the hall before the concert. Would have been good to have coat check, maybe in the future? Didn't seem as crowded as other venues we have...More
