We recall this place when staying with friends back in ‘97, by all accounts it hasn’t changed just good no nonsense breakfast like it should be. I think we ate here 5 out of 7 for breakfast for at least 3 weeks and I put...More

Stopped in this combo bar/restaurant just off the beaten path in southeast Portland for eggs, home fries and coffee. A little seedy, but clean, with tasty food and fair prices. Try the O'Briens - hash browns with peppers and onions - to share with a...More

Food came promptly and was good. Plain old American burger and fries, cooked well. I had the Bacom mushroom cheeseburger, my buddy had the French dip. A good selection of beer to go along with it. My one complaint would be that it is directly...More

Basic food done well, cheap prices. Best deal is the breakfast menu, which is available all day. The coffee is fresh and surprisingly good. Languid friendly service, light traffic at lunch time. I think the place hops at night, but haven't tried that personally.

This place still remains one of the most Portland establishments there is. More or less in the middle of everything, with more or less anything you could desire, plus booze (which I guess falls into the previous category), plus pretty inexpensive, plus some arcade games...More

Great place to go when you need a bite and can't decide. It's more or less in the middle of it all, prices aren't bad and the food isn't either. I'll admit I haven't had anything here that's blown me away (aside from the steak...More

This place is your typical laid back vintage lunch place. The decor is fun to look at as it is all memories for the owners and antiques. The staff are amazing and super friendly ! The food could be more fresh but it was absolutely...More

My car was being worked on around the corner and I asked where I could get a good breakfast... they said "you can get breakfast at My Father's Place, but not sure how good it is". That is a perfect assessment. This is your basic...More

Lots of parking on the street right around the restaurant. I don't think it is metered.
