We walked around this area on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Lots of cute little shops. We stopped for quite a while and enjoyed watching the sea lions. It is free and you get quite close.

There are at least two docks on the north side of the bay (where the sea lions congregate) where you can fish and crab.
