This is a quaint little dairy shop with a large selection of cheeses, trail meats, chocolate covered nuts, honey, selective cooking items and the best part is their ice cream! $1.00 for a massive scoop. It would normally cost you $4-6 for this amount of ice cream and it is delicious. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in town or passing through.

You would truly love dairy shopping here. Great products such as cheeses of all kinds , butter, and don't forget that great ice cream cone on the way out

We went to Minerva for an art gallery show and decided to stop in at the Minerva Dairy and were glad we did! They have a lot of different cheeses including raw milk cheddar- very tasty and it has a fuller body than regular grocery-store cheddar.
Their regular price on butter was excellent at $1.99 per pound! So I stocked up and so did my travel partner. Granted the store is very small but is well stocked and the ladies were happy to give samples of the cheeses. Nice place, nice folks, nice prices.

For the past year the shelves and coolers have presented less and less product. The products and goods sold were good, however were not world class by any means. Dairy products i believe, are now primarily distributed through other food distribution channels

We were in the area for a Mt Union game and decided to stock up on cheese. Great prices and wonderful variety. Even bought a thermal tote to put everything in for the trip home. Great buy!

It is a small store, but they have a great selection of local made cheese and butter. All your usuals, as well as several smoked varieties (gouda, cheddar), and spicy stuff (Habenero). Also some milk and cream. Great looking ice cream- it seemed everyone there but me was having some. Will return to sample. Prices very reasonable.

Saw the ad for the Minerva Dairy in the Canton Visitor Guide and decided to make the drive east on hwy 30 because we love cheese. It is easy to find once you get into town because of the giant cow in front - fun for smaller kids. It is a little confusing because the actual store is just a very small space in the plant complex and is located on the west side.about a block north of the highway. If you follow the sign at the white buggy (past the cow, going east) you have to drive around behind the entire plant, past a park, and then around the other side to reach the parking lot, driving five or six blocks total. Again, the store is much smaller than ones you find in Norton or in Holmes County around here or in Pinconning for Michigan folk and was packed on a Saturday afternoon. We bought the last of the cheese ends and a few other things. Decided against getting any of the many varieties of amish roll butter they are known for because we weren't sure it would make it home without a cooler. Again, the prices are reasonable, especially for the roll butter and the ice cream cones, so it is worth stopping if you are in the area but I wouldn't drive out of my way to go there.
