Very interesting quaint Saddlery shop near the CBD. For a small donation you can hear the owner give an interesting commentary on the history which goes back to 1870 and still a working saddlery producing quality leather goods and repairs as well. You can see...More

Old building with a bit of history. Bit disappointed in how it was presented. Made known by Peter Allens song Tenterfield Sadler.

Well worth a visit. We have to ensure such places continue to be open to the public to show the life of yesteryear, Can't go to Tenterfield without visiting the Saddler !

We went here because of the Peter Allen song. It was unique but full of products made else where but still enjoyable

The shop is wonderfully stocked with things from a bygone era. With a little appreciation of what is on display and offered for sale this place remains immortalized not just by song but also by the volunteers who staff it. It may not be for...More

Many interesting items and high quality leather goods are arranged in the three rooms. To see inside the little house is interesting as well. A number of rhymes/poems etc are also on display.

This little original is quaint and interesting as it holds so much history when the horsemen would dismount and tie their horses to the rails, then visit the old saddler who would have met their requirements. Much of the memorabilia is still on the shelves....More
