Found this little gem by accident after walking around Millthorpe, and lucked out with a free table without a booking. Cynthia our host, and her Covid Marshall colleague made us feel very welcome and it was a really lovely tasting experience. Very generous with their time, knowledge and wine. Was surprisingly delighted with their Sparkling, Chianti varietal (Sangiovese) and the dessert wine. Would recommend a visit. …

We were recommended to travel to Millthorpe during our stay in Bathurst (30mins drive) and visited Angullong Cellar Door. We had a lovely host Cynthia who was gracious, informative and provided us with an enjoyable afternoon of tasting. We bought lots of wine and will definitely return. Be warned that during the week, most shops are closed in Millthorpe as they only tend open for the weekend tourists...check opening hours of retailers. Otherwise Millthorpe is a lovely village to visit and Angullong cellars is a “must do”. Michelle & Walter…

We throughly enjoyed our tasting Angullong cellar door at Millthorpe. There vineyard is 35 km out of town. So this cellar door experience has both indoor and out door seating. Great variety of wines in both white’s and red’s. The Chardonnay certainly stood out for me! Book a tasting while visiting Millthorpe, you won’t be disappointed! …
