This is the new Soft play where Magic Castle used to be. It is lovely & clean, more open and airy than before and altogether a much nicer place than the Magic castle. It's a little expensive, especially when you have 2 at weekends, (£15.00) but at least you don't have to pay for adults to go in, so I guess for a full afternoon of play it's not too bad. Staff are very cheerful and helpful, so all in all a nice experience

Magic Castle has been closed permanently. Unsure if it was to do with the reviews. Search Get Surrey for more information on the matter. A new buisness will be moving in there soon.

We visited recently an hour and a half before closing time, parking is hard to find nearby and we went with a local multi-storey car park. Once inside we were stood waiting to be served for some time before a lady shouted from the other side of the room that they were closed. I asked about the opening hours as we had checked before leaving and purposely went to this soft play over others as it was open a little later. We were abruptly told it was quiet so they were closing early. I emailed about this issue as we were very disappointed, and left with a crying two year old who just wanted to play. We never heard back. I can't review the facilities available as we weren't able to use them (they didn't look outstanding from what we saw) but we wont return based on the customer service received, or thereby lack of.

I have two 6 month old boys and asked before going in if there was a suitable baby area which I was told yes. However when I got to this area there was no age restrictions and the max height was around 3ft. However there was no staff making sure this was followed so much older children were in the area throwing heavy items around. The ball pit was at the bottom of a slide so older children were constantly crashing down in to it. All in all I would say this is an unsuitable play area for children under 2. Only 3 members of staff seen on duty and none were willing to help. I won't be going again and won't recommend to anyone.

Bolshie young manager refused to let me pop out for ten mins whilst husband and grandchildren continued their stay. I am a regular loyal customer. As ever we had also bought lunch and drinks. The place was empty. No wonder!!! Completely misjudged the situation and made me very cross. Then told me to leave!!!!! I’m a sixty five year old grandmother, very respectable , and this ignorant girl should NOT be in a customer service role. That’s me and all my associates lost as customers for ever!
