Our philosophy at Bothy Vineyard is to produce the highest quality wines from grapes cultivated in as environmentally-friendly a way as possible. We continue an ancient tradition of wine making in the Vale of the White Horse, Oxfordshire. The local micro-climate, warm sandy soils, long ripening season and mature vines produce wines of consistent depth and quality which have won many awards. Visit us to experience the freshness and character of English wine at its best.

We visited for a full tour and tasting on a hen do. Very charismatic and knowledgeable hosts. A really enjoyable, relaxed and very reasonably priced activity. I'll definitely be recommending and returning...especially for the leaf picking event! Thank you from us all.

Fun to go and see where English wine comes from. Richard is rightly proud of his vineyard. He sometimes opens his vineyard for open days and small tour groups. You walk around the vies and see where the grapes are transformed into wine. We have...More
