Was a beautiful lake with a well sign posted walk. Would have been a lovely walk were it not for the annoying sound of dirt bike racing nearby. It was very loud and spoiled our afternoon walk. It was ashame also that 3/4 of the...More

The words "disused gravel pits round the back of an Industrial Estate"do not at first conjure up images of attraction but sometimes the most amazing things can hide behind the nondescript. Even locals of decades residence are amazed to visit these 'lakes'for the first time....More

Marvelous walk around Radley Lake!! Plenty to see from ducks, Swans, Cormorants and I was very lucky to see a Kingfisher ( In the right place at the right time!! ) had a Robin following me, so I helped by turning a few longs over!!

Have lived in abingdon for over 10 years buy only discovered this great walk recently. Really good place for a walk with the family on a Sunday. Relaxing and lots of wildlife right on our doorstep.

This area is amazing to walk the dogs. Not over crowed and so many different routes to take. Extremely peaceful and worth a few hours out walking the dogs

A beautiful ramble any time of the year. The walk changes with each season and never fails to make you stop and wonder at the views. A well signed circular route round a lake which attracts different birds during the year.
