Nice gardens. Apparently the partial ‘ruin’ on site is a folly (Trendell) and not original. The Queen Victoria statue is impressive. This is a peaceful oasis right by the Town Centre.

It is a huge attraction, to have a cinema in Abingdon. The cinema hosts are charming, always friendly and have managed to secure stellar, current films. My three children and I are frequent visitors and fervently hope that the cinema stays. Long live the Unicorn...More

These old abbey buildings are quite interesting but there is not much of them. It is a nice gentle walk around on the way to the meadow.

I used to live in Abingdon so I have been here many times. There are places nearby for for food and drink and some toilets. It's great for a little summer walk though very small so won't take you long to walk round it.
