Even if you are not a wildlife enthusiast, a walk round College Lake is so peaceful. No dogs or noise. Perfect. And the shop and cafe make a perfect end to the walk.

We visit college lake regularly and it’s always gorgeous whatever the weather. Beautiful views, wonderful wildlife, choice of walks, nice cup of tea! We like walking through the trails in the woods. Lots of places for my daughter to run and hide, finishing up in...More

They have done a great job here, a truly lovely circular walk with some great vantage points around the water and a fantastic cafe at the end, well done.

Really picturesque location of an old quarry turned into a nature reserve. It’s a round route so I like to do a couple of laps when I go running. I think it’s about 2 mile a lap. Nice cafe also and parking.

Fish are wildlife so I doubt that they will let you stick hooks in them.
