A vast, cold, space with few people. Eating options are very poor and parking expensive. All in all, not a nice experience.

Over half of the units were empty, very disappointed. Very confusing car park system with no instructions. Will not be visiting again in a hurry...

Visited on a Saturday morning for the first time in over twenty years. Got a few bargains from several shops, which I was quite happy with. Saturday car park charge was £3 all day on a Saturday, which I think is cheaper than many town centre car parks. Staff in shops were helpful and friendly. Good choice of shops. The shopping centre looked clean and was bright and airy.

Worth a visit. There is a Marks and Spencer clearance store, a T.K. Maxx, Clarks Shoes etc. Costa Coffee is there plus a Londis/Post office. Car Parking is plentiful and not too expensive for a couple of hours. One ground floor attraction is Free Books where on Monday to Sat 12- 4 you can browse and take away 5 books absolutely free.

Visited with the family to go to the cinema and during the afternoon. It cost £8 to park. Disgusting charges for a family afternoon. No wonder the place is deserted.

Hate the place. The shops are awful the staff are mainly rude. All of the food chains are badly run, dirty and expect to spend the remainder of your evening looking down the toilet. The place is just a dose of depression and don’t even get me started on the car park. Don’t try to pay online, it ain’t happening and unless you want a hefty fine. You’re find yourself driving all the way back to pay. Known locally as the gonorrhoea. Personally I would rather have dose than return

Bought heelies for my daughter yesterday. Returned them today as the left one didn’t work properly - the wheels spin but the shoe drags. I regarded that as being faulty goods and asked for a refund instead of a credit note. The sales lady passed me on to the manager.

The manager said he couldn’t see anything wrong with them. I told him my daughter will put them on to show him that the left one drags which she did. He then went off and started to engage with showing a staff member how to stack socks while we waited to show him. Completely unprofessional and lacking common courtesy.

When he did finally come over to the other side of the counter he said he still can’t see anything wrong with them and now they have been used so I can’t get a refund OR a credit note.

I challenged that and told him I only bought them yesterday and they have not been used. They are faulty and under the consumer rights act I am due a refund.
I asked for his name to make a complaint which he refused to give me saying his name was personal but he would give me a number which would identify him. He said I can claim a refund from head office and he won’t give me a credit note. I then said I will take the credit note, he refused and told me to get a refund from head office. Finally he told his colleague to give me the credit note.

The manager (name Sajeed? I believe I heard a colleague call him)has a blatant disregard for the law and consumer rights.

Will not be shopping in there again!!

Having not visited The Galleria for over 10 years, I was passing so decided to take a look. It always seemed so sparse and quiet and not much in the way of good outlets and after 10 years it has got even worse and quieter !!! I don’t know how the remaining shops survive. Will try again in 20 years if I’m and it’s around still !!! Picture taken at midday… not at 3am !!

Sadly many closed retail units...but a good M&S outlet, TKmax and Next outlet make it worth a visit. Feels rather unloved...

Firstly let me say that I loved this place before the pandemic and much of what I say is more about the impact of the pandemic rather than the outlet in Hatfield.

I loved conning here. It had shops I would buy from. But most of the shops, more than half, are empty units. It's a ghost town. Gap are going and some of my favourite places like Antler gone already. It's very depressing. Not sure how viable it is to keep this place open. So sad
