First time back to Hollycombe for over 25 years and not a lot had changed. Perhaps my memory had more steam engines, more working exhibits and that 'first time wow' factor but it was still worth visiting again. Being a Model Engineering Weekend there were...More

Such a brilliant way to spend a summers day, the children had a fantastic time and to go back on the same ticket is well worth the admission fee. My thanks goes out to all the people that run this great attraction, and all volunteers!...More

Having attended Tarrant Hinton regularly, my expectations were undoubtedly too high, but to describe Hollycombe as Britain’s largest collection of working steam is laughable. There was a reasonable selection of miniature engines, although none of these were ‘working’ in the sense of performing some productive...More

As a family we had a great day out looking and riding on the steam trains, also the rides on the steam powered big wheel and other attractions. Once you have paid to enter the rides are all free.

Visited Hollycombe with the Grandchildren, overall good value for the price. the grounds are extensive and there is plenty to do. Ate in the cafe there, not bad but I would take a picnic if returning.

It must be at least 8 years since we last went to Hollycombe, so with a new generation of grandchildren and the last week of the school holidays to occupy them, where better to take them than to Hollycombe. The impressions when booking online were...More

Best to visit from lunch time onwards when all the machines have built up steam. Great train ride and other attractions for junior children. We had a 7 year old with us who had a wonderful time. Plentiful parking.

This steam driven fairground is a lot of fun for all ages. Old fashioned rides full of nostalgia easily fill an afternoon. Kids love it and they are safe. Not too crowded so no waiting for ages to get on a ride.

No not at all, everything is included. Food and drink naturally you pay for, but there are picnic areas
