My son got married in the lobby of Burr Oak Lodge and it was beautiful and well done. The food was hit or miss. We had the rehearsal dinner there and it was not so great. We had roast beef which was pre-carved and so...More

With the Wildcat Hollow and other hiking and equestrian trails near the lake, this is some of Ohio's best hiking. The area has extremely dense woods. The lake is large and has boat rentals and fishing and a beach. We stayed in RV site area...More

We had a very enjoyable family camping time, loved swimming in the lake and hiking! Most campsites are shady if you have the right site number. Shady sites listed below. A well kept public beach is very near the camping area with a clean bathhouse...More

Lots of hiking trails, swimming and boating. Park is in remote area accessed by very hilly and curvy roads.

Check-in was done easily at Lodge for Standard cabin #17, pet friendly. Registration staff were friendly. Cabin is spacious enough for 2-4 people. Kitchen had mostly adequate supplies. Closets but no hangers. Enough blankets, but beds uncomfortable. Noisy furnace, though it kept the cabin warm....More
