This place has infuriated me twice- on both occasions the website was not updated so a 40 minute journey was wasted. The site closes according to staff availability and the online info is inaccurate- be safe and phone them before wasting an hour of your...More

Hi Jonatenner. Sorry you we're not able to visit us on two occasions. Our website does state on our home page that our Opening Times are 10am - 5pm and that these opening times apply to Sunday - Wednesday until August 29. This is not...More

We visited today, arriving at 11am and leaving at 5pm, with 6 children aged 7-13 and they all had a great time. Admittedly it isn't as polished as some visitor attractions but I think that's part of its charm and what it may lack in...More

Expensive day out for what you get. The show of the Professor was good fun and an interesting collection of machine guns but the rest of the venue was poor in set up. Also there was no place to park your bikes inside the park....More

We took a 7 and a 10 year old here for the day. All in all an excellent day. A little bit of a drive to get there but there was ample parking when we went. We engaged in a guided tour via tractor (paid...More

Fantastic, interesting day visiting the probably quite significant historical site. Would be great if it come under the umbrella of the IWM as it could do with a large input of money to restore all of the amazing building. Land train and the armoury room...More

My visit was excellent. Very educational, didn’t know this place existed. The mad scientist was absolutely fantastic for children and adults. The ticket price was very reasonable, other places are far more expensive. Thank you.

Quite expensive (even after the discounted Sunday in June / July rate) for what turned out to be a large site with many buildings and exhibits in desperate need of some TLC. Some modern features mixed in and the history of the site is evident....More

Visited with my 2 yr old and 6 yr old. Great fun and also very educational without my son noticing... Lovely helpful people running it, with a real passion. Good clean facilities. It is a day long visit so entry prices are value for money.
