Went here with family. Found the place a very interesting and the demostrations excellent childern got involved. The tractor ride was interesting and good value for money lasts about 45 mins.

We had a amazing time. I have two small children 2 and 7 and they loved it. Mad scientist was a big hit. Thank you to all the staff there we are definitely coming back!

We had a good day at the Gunpowder Mills, in particular because of the science show and Victorian dressing up / school room etc, which gripped our 5 and 7 year olds. The rest of the exhibitions didn’t grab them particularly and I wouldn’t recommend...More

Hi. Yes we are open on the bank holiday Monday the 1st May. It is the biggest event day of the year so get here early as parking will become a problem later in the day. Have a look on the website for full details.
