It is known as " Temple city" There are many temples with beautiful incredible architecture and wonderful towers etc that no words can explain the greatness except by visiting this beautiful town and view.

One of the Temple in Tamil Nadu which you cannot miss. very old temple. Very big too. Nice place to spend with family and big groups.

It is a very famous temple in south India.The temple having 4 big towers in four direction. A long golden piller and golden Rath is worth to see.

The city is great for buying Sari and visiting temples. It's better have a friend in your group who knows local language. Quite hot during summer.
