This nature reserve has a sandbar that changes with the tide and the season. It is really amazing and it is what is pictured in postcards. The kind of island you would have in mind when you want to unplugged and spend a few hours.

I can say that this Island is very rich in natural resources, from seafood to scenic spots. I just hope and pray that the local will try to preserve the island for future generations.

what i liked: 1. the very picturesque, natural beauty of the islands: Tangke Lagoon, Cabugao- gamay and others 2. the "all-you-can-eat" scallops and wasay-wasay in Bantigue Sandbar. well, for a price of Php1.00 per still-alive-and-breathing scallop, it is a bargain. 3. a nook the locals...More
