We drove from Port Douglas to Kuranda for the day, there were a lot of tourists. We just went to have a look around, the shops were nothing exciting - just market shops, I don't think it was worth the drive to be honest

Where the original market is. It takes you down little paths and alleys and has quirky shops and eats
