Lovely place to visit with nice walks and great history. Lovely views in fab surroundings. We will be back soon.

I visited with a group. Our interests were varied but all the party seemed to enjoy the visit. Whether technical or just curious. Our visit was handled well by the staff.

Always a pleasure to visit the windmill at Heage . The staff are so friendly and welcoming , it's a lovely area with fantastic views . You can even buy flour and pick up free recipes .

Spent three hours here it was so relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff who clearly have a love for the mill. Had a picnic there with lots of tables. Took our dog,while he was not allowed in the buidings he was made welcome too.

Visited with our six year old. Interesting tour of the windmill with a knowledgeable guide. Worth an hour or two of your time if you are interested in historical sites. Limited opening times so check before you go.
