Went to beach as well up from coba beach. Think 18 only but hey. We saw some kids think it's the beds not allowed on but unsure.

We swam with turtles, tropical fish and stingrays! A real tropical experience and gorgeous sandy beach. Highly recommend but walk down the beach away from the main entrance where the boats are moored.

If you are talking about at the beach then I guess anything at your own risk. Some resorts have lifeguards. If you are talking about hotel pools I guess every hotel has its own rules.

Zoetry does focus on these subjects and will be your best choice. Secrets Akumal has yoga but no meditation. Both resorts are great. If you go to Secrets Akumal ask to meet Erik Rodriquez the Sous Chef a wonderful person.
