Both the cooking school and culinary adventures showcase authentic traditional Mexican cuisine of Mexico's many cultures. Enjoy learning and working with traditional ingredients during the hands-on cooking classes. Abuelinda is fluent in English and Spanish and has over 20 years experience teaching Meso-American cuisine. All skill levels are welcome.
