Vena Cava is a really funky winery owned by a British couple. The wines are excellent. Go here, taste, and buy some wine. There are some architecturally beautiful wineries in this valley, but this funky place (not beautiful, but very cool) has a theme of...More

This is such a unique place to taste wine - I was really glad we went! The tasting itself was basic, but I was impressed with the staff's ability to tell me about the wines even in English. The location of the tasting room is...More

Their tempranillo is great. Even Italians have hard time making that grape taste good. Their tasting room is like a cave. Try achieving that in a desert. Their wines are very good. The eating area outside is quirky and lovely. They have a DJ. The...More

A truly unique spot in the Valle - both for wine tasting and for general ambiance. The owner's vision for their winery has been brilliantly constructed and implemented. I love walking into the cava and my friends realizing they're walking under BOATS! The expressions are...More
