We took our son to this beach when vacationing in PEI. I loved that we could walk out into the water quite far and there didn't seem to be a drop off. There was also a sandbar for the little ones to play on. There...More

Beautiful sandy beach. Appreciated the water station having warm water to clean off your feet. The washrooms were clean and the boardwalks in great conditions. Beautiful place to experience.

When we visited, this beach was much nicer than Cavendish. Very sandy...Less rocks and no jelly fish. It was also less crowded. Nice place for a walk/run/swim.

What a great beach! There's ample parking, great shower and change rooms, and an easy boardwalk down to the beach. The sand is so soft and pink. Sculpted dunes frame the beach. Sandcastles, and a generous sandbar into the water delighted the little ones. The...More

Dogs are not allowed on national park beaches but they are allowed on the walking trails as long as they are on leashes.

Yes. It is free but you do have to pay to get into the national park as most of our beaches are on park land.
