It’s a place I can unwind with a bit of nature around close to home. You can even observe swans and ducks with their babies. Great for exercise wether your riding, running or walking.

I come here frequently on my bike for exercise or with my family for a walk. Some of the best sections are playgrounds at Ajax Rotary Park (small kids) and Pickering at the foot of Liverpool (active kids who need a beach and swim). A...More

Beautiful well maintained path alongside Lake Ontario. A personal favourite for me is the stretch from the Rouge Hill GO Station through to east of Petticoat Creek Park. The beach is beautiful. You can go for an hour or a whole day.

Just a very nice area to take a walk. Love to watch the water, and in the summer, the boats as they go by.

Great view of Lake Ontario and The Duffins Creek marshlands from the bridge. Good for bird watchers. Last year a bald eagle took up residence for about two weeks.

The trail is paved the entire way, and damaged areas in Ajax have been restored or bypassed. The path has gently rolling hills with alternating forested and lake views. It's a wonderful 18km.
