My husband and I spent over any hour in the solitude of the prairie, walking and taking pictures. This is a marvelous outdoor museum that quietly houses the threshing machines ("dinosaurs"), important parts of farming history.

Small group of colleagues and I enjoyed visiting the site. An added bonus was visiting with Harley Grenz, son of Custer and listening to his stories. 34 Threshing Machines on Hwy 34! The first one (farthest to the south) was purchased by Custer in 1944....More

Had the chance to stop here. Were lucky as we had one of the children give us some history of how the site came to be. Good place.
