Long way for a hike
Mar 2018 • Couples
Headed out to see the rock art, enjoyed the day but not much rock art to see that we could find, and walks not well marked. Enjoyed the views once we got to the top of the rocks. Enjoyed the rocky outcrop. Long way out.

Kids enjoyed this
Dec 2017 • Family
Kids loved trekking through the bush and climbing and and walking around the "wave" rock. Plenty of fun for kids that are into the outdoors and are able to entertain themselves.

Hidden Gem - Wave Rock.
Jan 2017 • Family
We have all heard about "Wave Rock" ay Hyden, WA. This is Esperance's version. You will require a 4X4 to access it most times and during winter the tracks can be unpassable (Closed). See pictures: I will add these when it is possible to edit the review. During spring the wildflowers are incredible. Especially the Pincushion Hakea. We were there in summer and found an beautiful Grevillea in flower. Facilities: BYO. Aussie bush toilet is available. Some flat camping areas also available. Marked walking trails. Sights: Wave formation, Aboriginal Art, Views over the surrounding countryside. Part of the Great Western Bushland area.
