We wanted to visit as this was the school in Picnic at Hanging Rock. A lovely drive to get there and a terrific insight into the lives of the owners. Well preserved with beautiful grounds to picnic in.

This home needs to be seen to be believed! Such a stunning display of pastoral wealth or a bygone era. So glad to see it cared for so generations to come can experience.

A visit to Martindale Hall is well worth the visit to see how living in remote areas was for the wealthy. A very nice place.

Rare opportunity to see an excellent presentation of a heritage property and how the well off lived in the early settlement of Australia. A must visit if in south Australia.

The residence is truly a show of how the rich lived in that time. It has been beautifully preserved for the majority and restored where required. Worth the visit. We were there for about 60 minutes.
