We went to straddie for a week, having only used a car ferry once before. The staff at both ends were fantastic, clear instructions and easy access with a camper trailer. Highly recommend the experience. Cafe and toilet on board

Hi Leannda, the best thing to do would be to travel at high tide, as the angle of the ramp is less severe. We take low cars, coaches and caravans over to the island on a regular basis.
