I went with my 9-year-old. Excellent educational facility. There are lots of information boards (reading) but also lots of hands-on exhibits. It's interesting. There's a microscope exhibition where you can have a close look at and compare details like the surface of a crab and...More

A very interesting and informative marine museum. Great for kids but adults will learn something as well. The staff have a great interest in marine preservation and their knowledge is profound. Take the time to read about all the exhibits and photos. Its well worth...More

Congratulations - this is the first time our 7 and 4 year old boys were completely engaged the whole time and wanted to to stay longer than we had planned (and so we stayed)! An excellent interactive exhibit.

This place is wonderful. From the moment we walked in the door we were met by friendly and helpful staff. They were excited to share their knowledge with us but were mever pushy. The displays are wonderfully interactive and my 6yo was enthralled.

Centre has potential but is a little dated and unloved. You get the impression that the facility is run by well intentioned volunteers on a shoe string budget. Even so, the centre will keep the kids entertained for 1/2 hour. The aquarium at Merimbula has...More
