The view point is well made with a platform and fencing. It doesn't take long but the view is wonderful. There is a small park nearby for picnics. A quick stop was just right.

We just paid a short visit and enjoyed the stunning view of Discovery Bay. Didn't go too far due to lack of time. When walking to the observatory site, there was an area with lots of flies.

Great view but be prepared for about 14km of dirt road. Not all types of vehicles will appreciate it.

Easy access to the lookout, parking close by and a view to die for. Well worth the drive via unsealed Edrom Road through the Ben Boyd National Park on the way to Green Cape Light south of Eden.
