Great experience, very useful info
Jun 2019 • Friends
Sonia and Alessia were delightful. They told us all there is to do in Trapani and nearby. All the information are up to date. They're lovely and very keen on helping. Both very knowledgeable and very proud to be Sicilian.

very helpful man at the desk giving us a free map and checking out things online

This point was in sharp contrast with the Tourist Info Point in Corso Vitorio Emanuelle
(close to Palazzo Senatorio): lady kept sending messages and phoning, not even greeting us and lacking all enthusiasm. Only short answers to all questions/ no free maps of the town-only one for 3,50€, and nt giving info about the normal buses to Erice-only interested in selling tickets for the elevator.

Very helpful staff

The tourist centre is located right in the heart of the historic centre of town in Via Torrearsa. If you are new to the city and its environs it is most definitely worth calling here. Aside from obtaining maps and basic information, the staff can provide details of how to get to main tourist attractions in the area including Erice, the Egadi Islands and so on. You will find bus and train times, details of how to get to the airport, advice on restaurants and everything else you might need to know.

Gabriella and her colleague have been great in helping with time tables of boats and busses, information about local shops and restaurants, booking excursions and renting cars. I can highly recommend them.

Not much information here
Apr 2016 • Couples
This infopoint really serves as a distribution point for business cards of commercial enterprises, restaurants and hotels. There is not much tourist information available. It would be better to do your own research and ask the staff where you stay.
