It was a new mall. The transportation is available around but the trecycle is the main mode to reach this place to and from anywhere. The comfort room is spacious but surprisingly most urinals are dysfunctional or the maintenance personnel just inept.

i really like the foodcourt here. the tenants are all local restaurants, and the prices are cheap, the food selection is pretty good.. they have a supermarket, okay amount of fastfood choices.. really can't go wrong. :)
