Its the Historical Palace in Indore. The interiors are well maintained and travellers can explore this palace with ease.

The Lal Bagh Palace was built by Maharaja Shivaji Rao Holkar in the year 1886-1921. The place is located near Mhow naka. It is a three storey building on the bank of the River Khan.

The location is easily accessible especially if staying on the Ring Road. The interiors are maintained well.

The articles kept in palace is not too old and not too modern. The Royal family was using this place till 1976 or so.

great museum and Architecture of the building, has a rich collection of articles from the British period rule in India, I think a must visit place for people anxious to peep into the history

This palace provides a nice piece of History of the Holkars in Indore. This place can easily be covered without the assistance of any guides and pretty fast as well. The most striking is the work on the ceilings.
