Gold!!! Yes, this was a great golf course and kudos to Tom Fazio. I feel privileged to have played it on the last day before Gil Hanse recreates his version of Pinehurst Number 4. Also, the front lit me up as I could not avoid...More

Wonderful layout. Not a bad hole on the course. Back nine even more beautiful than the front. Tremendous finishing hole.

We were very excited to play this course. In terms of the lay out - I loved it. You feel like you are stepping back in time. There are no houses to look at it. The fairways and greens are almost all visible from the...More

Great golf course. A touch of Augusta about it and i really enjoyed the layout. Its definitely tough around the greens. Only negative is that some of the greens are truly unfair. For the first time i can recall i intentionally left a bogie putt...More

We played this as a warm up to the No 2 day. It is a fair course that the average golfer will enjoy. The landing on the greens is a little tricky but overall I really enjoyed it.

A terrific golf experience on an incredible golf course. The whole Pinehurst club is breathtaking and worth the trip to North Carolina. Number 4 is challenging and beautiful with slightly unforgiving greens and beautiful vistas.

There are so many choices in the area and picking this one will please you. It meanders in the Sandhills often crossing #2. This course is not that difficult. It's greatest hazard is the 180 bunkers. Avoiding those is key. The greens are not very...More

Round was complicated by it being about 100 outside--before noon. I really enjoyed the design of the course and it really was a fair layout. Beautiful holes, none were overly easy. Cost around $190, which I thought was a tad overpriced, but the range facilities...More
