You will have to leave early in the day to park your car on the pull off area and then hike down to the falls. Wear appropriate shoes for this small hike as it is a bit rocky and wet. Some people were jumping off...More

You can enjoy it from the pull off on the road or walk the tiny path to see more. Either way, it is a small but pretty waterfall.

We renamed this spot “Ryan’s Dip” as one of our grandsons unintentionally fell into it while being cutsie. Many of the locals swim and fish here. I never had any luck with the fishing.

If you are headed to Cullasaja/Franklin and brought your bathing suits, be sure to stop by this small section of the river. A sizeable swimming hole at the bottom of a 20' waterfall is a great spot to beat the summer heat.

There's no big to-do here. You just pull your car over to the side of the road and get out and explore. Lots of rocks to climb on in this pretty waterfall area.

Seems to be a favorite spot for swimming or just playing in the water--almost too many rocks to do much swimming but were told there is a spot to slide on the rock.

Beautifully scenic falls on a wonderful mountain byway. Easy pull off with views from parking spot. Or walk down a path. (Not sure if the pathway is official or unofficial, so we took pictures from the pull-off parking area only.)

The falls dump into a deep pool where the locals swim and jump from a rope swing. Nice set of falls right on the road.
