12th century church and cloisters, lovely and cool on a hot day but beautiful inside and the surrounding areas are at the top of St Emilion which allow you to look into the valley of vine yards

Saint-Emilion is a very beautiful village with lots of monuments dating from the dark ages. This church is gemme you shouldn't miss to visit. Don't forget to visit the abbey courtyard It is a perfect start to make a tour in Saint-Emilion.

Didn't take long to walk round but some interesting things. Very pretty town full of wine shops. Plenty of experts on hand to guide you on what to buy.
