Following a tour of the cellars we had a taste of 3 different st. Emilion wines, all were very good. We also tasted them with chocolate which was an interesting experience. A most pleasant tour

I booked the blending workshop ahead of time and didn’t realize you don’t actually get to keep it. Although my guide was very nice and knowledgeable, it was basically just a tour and tasting for $60 euro.

Excellent would be an understatement... Thoroughly enjoyed learning wine making, wine tasting... A must do on a visit to Bordeaux!!
