Nice Mall but failing with this pandemic. They have fully prepared and put up excellent precautions to protect everyone. However no one regulates them and security says nothing when mutiple groups walk around without a mask or failing to wear it properly. I'm very discouraged to return.…

Visited the area and got to walk the entire mall, all floors. Was not there to shop bit I did eat in its food court. Place is huge and easy to get lost in with its main and offshoot corridors. Effort was made to establish one way pedestrian traffic in mall during the pandemic but it was not enforced. Pedestrian bridge over Hiawatha Blvd leads to a parking lot but one still needs to walk outdoors to access the nearby Embassy Suites hotel.…

Huge mall with tons of stores and lots of entertainment. There were some COVID related closures as expected. Everyone wore masks. Nice place to shop and have fun.

Destiny Mall is too big for its own good. Its sad to see such a staple of the area fall apart. So many going out of business and store closing signs. If you're looking for some great deals, now is the time to go. While they are doing their best to follow the guidelines with a Covid restricted world, the directories are shut off, and traffic pattern is altered inside. Its a little confusing. I feel for the employees who may not make it out if this with a job....…

Review of: Shop and Dine Destiny USA
The surprising part about Destiny Mall is that, with other malls closing down faster than corona virus cancellations, Destiny keeps chugging along, with lots of stores, theaters, food courts and restaurants and a general up-beat vibe. Sure, parking can get a bit problematic, even with the underground garage, when the crowds are high, with cars tailing leaving shoppers to their cars in the hopes of getting their parking space when they leave, but there is also extended parking across Hiawatha Boulevard if one is willing to walk across the covered bridge. Inside, one can spend a full day (or come back for more days) of shopping and eating. The stores range from upscale to TJMaxx. Our visit was “just to look around,” and look we did, starting at Macy’s, detouring to Maxx, and spinning back to William Sonoma, and stopping at many stores along the way. A quick lunch at the food court where we split a delicious wrap from Chicken Now (had we timed it differently, we might have chosen an upscale restaurant as we have in the past), and we left to visit family living nearby. We didn’t cover all three floors (we never seem to have the time) but there were crowds of people moving about on all of them. I almost left out stopping at two chocolate stores which forced me to try their samples…like you have to twist my arm when it comes to chocolate. Location wise, it is convenient to route 81 and, if one knows what he or she is doing, to route 690, giving one both east-west and north-south accessibility. It’s a neat, clean, and pleasant place with lots to offer…and it is fun to be at. My wife gets credit for these reviews, but they are written by her husband who usually dislikes mall shopping, but makes an exception when it comes to visiting Destiny USA.…
