It was a beautiful day at the end of October to walk around the Old Dutch Church and the cemetery. There were many interesting gravestones and the employees were there to answer questions.

It is by far, so cool, to be visiting such old and historic things in Sleepy Hallow and the Old Dutch Church is for sure one of them. The gravestones closest to the church are some of the oldest known, dating back to early 1600's,...More

If you haven't read The Legend of Sleepy Hollow before coming here, that is a must. The gravestones are all unique (some old and some new), plus there are some crypts that you can peek into. The cemetery also has a unique landscape that's perfect...More

Jonathan Kruk's rendition of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" is first rate. It was great fun to listen to his dramatic and spirited performance and to watch the faces of the children in the audience, who probably had never seen anything quite like this before....More

We were here for the "Legend" which included both an excellent storyteller in period costume and an equally good musician also in costume. Getting to sit on these historic pews allowed us to go back in time and imagine what it was like for the...More

It is a seasonal event but the church and graveyard are open. Jonathan Kruk is the performer and has other storytelling events around NY and Westchester County. Check it out on Facebook.
