I visited Saratoga Springs over the Thanksgiving Holiday and signed up for a 2 hour class on Friday morning. Yoga always brings tears to my eyes and fills me with gratitude and compassion. This class was no different. I placed my mat next to the window overlooking Broadway. The instructor was gentle and gracious and the music was soothing to my soul. Total bliss. Thank you Yoga Mandali for a memorable experience. I hope to visit again in the near future.

I visit Saratoga in the summer and am so happy to have found this place. A variety of times and classes with amazing instructors, you leave feeling relaxed, energized and refreshed. The big, light room makes for a beautiful space to practice yoga. Can't wait for my next class.

I had the pleasure of taking an early morning yoga class at Yoga Mandali. Not many yoga centers have a pre-breakfast class on a Sunday morning, but this place does, and the teacher was wonderful.

I will admit that~ as a long-time yoga professional~ I rarely go to other yoga teachers' classes. But I really needed to be in one on this particular road trip, especially after doing a lot of driving. There is now ample free parking in Saratoga Springs and this studio is right in the center of this bustling college town. I was there at the start of horse racing season, so there was a lot of added traffic and energy around.

Jen R. was the teacher. She is grounded, playful, gives clear instructions and really does know~ in her own body~ what she is talking about. If I was still running a yoga center, I would hire her!

Yoga Mandali has plenty of yoga mats and props you can borrow, as well as changing rooms and bathrooms. The studio floor is wood, and the windows facing the street are huge. The space is restful, uncluttered, and I plan to return there the next time I am in town.
