Everything about this trip to Cascada was great. From calling in and booking an appointment to leaving as a happy customer. The Cascada staff are completely professional. Walked me through my allergies with the services I wanted. They were amazing. Stephanie is awesome. She gave me a four layer facial. She was very calm and walked me through the whole process. The warm bed and should massage was an added bonus. I'll definitely return. And you should visit too!!!

Visiting my friend from Eagle Bridge and our spa time at Cascada day one, for a massage was to be a highlight. I traveled from Montana for the week. My massage done by Eliza was good. She was kind, asked questions and gave some suggestions. The ambiance was nice, altho I could hear clients and others laughing in the reception area the whole time. Eliza had to move the sound machine to the door to try and block it. My friend, however, had a massage by someone who was clearly sick w/ a bad cold. He coughed and hacked thru the first 30 min. He admitted he was sick but they were short handed so he had to come in. Heart went out to him! She stopped the massage. They let her pay for 1/2 session and gave her 10% off and offered 10% off her next visit. 4 days later both of us now have bad colds and I'm looking at long plane flight home, sick! Feelings out to the fellow who was sick, not like he decided to get ill and show up to work. But they should have told him to stay home, called us to reschedule, or as a last resort after the damage was done, give my friend a free one next time.

Peg, Thank you for your feedback. I was happy to hear that after speaking with our Spa Administrator, Kathleen, you and Victoria were pleased with your spa treatments. Unfortunately, Josh was not feeling well on the day of your visit. He assured our manager that he felt well to see clients. It is the spa’s policy that if a therapist is ill, they are to stay home and their clients for that day will be rescheduled. I truly apologize that both you and Victoria came down with a cold after your visit. It is the time of year that many people in town do find themselves with a cold which is why we strive to promote health and wellness. Spa Cascada is a boutique spa on Broadway so there is occasional background noise. We do our best to maintain a quiet atmosphere in the check-in area, relaxation lounge, and treatments rooms. At Spa Cascada, it is our mission to provide quality spa treatments in a tranquil environment. We look forward to seeing Victoria again at Spa Cascada and yourself when you are in Saratoga for a visit. Sincerely, Amy

My sister and I were in town for a wedding and had the day to ourselves. We enjoyed the spa quite a bit! My sister with her facial and my massage, both excellent. Definitely recommend it. Great location as well.

A little pricey. My daughter's manicure was done in 15 min. Not sure if that is a good thing. Massage was very thorough and relaxing she said. Overall, a good experience, staff was very friendly, and it smells great in there!

My daughter and I had pedicures and the service was excellent, one of the best I have had and I have had many pedicures! We had a nice glass of wine and the view of the street made interesting people watching. It was great to take a break from shopping and walking around in such a serene and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend Spa Cascada!

Had a facial with Dawn. It was very pleasant and she is a scottish reiki master, so the experience was even better. The products they use were gentle to my skin. All in all a very lovely experience.
