    Great spa
Great spa experience. Good service, clean, and relaxing. My recommendation would be to have robes and slippers available upon check in. We arrived 20 minutes prior to scheduled time after getting lost. (Signage could be better) but quickly got into rooms for services. Had to ask for robe and slippers. I love the relaxation room to wait between services. Supposed to be quiet area but quite noisy with many conversations going on, but overall we had a great experience will be back.

    AMAZING SPA day!
My daughter and I traveled to Saratoga Springs and wanted to try a mineral bath, and we got much more! LIndsey greeted us at the front desk with smiles and enthusiasm. We were walked to the locker room and then relaxed in the huge quiet room with a waterfall and easy-listening music. They have refreshments available in case you need a snack. We were then greeted by our personal clinicians. The body scrubs and their scents were amazing! We each had a private room and were told to lie down under a towel/ sheet on a table, like a massage table. After 20 minutes, your warm bath is ready next to the table. You soak for 20 minutes.

The 100 years old Mineral Bath
Just as the Vanderbilts and Morgans vent there a 100 years ago, I did it now. And it was one of the Greatest Pleasant Experiences for me. The People there are like "Everything for the Gest". Such a great attention - by my arrival, in a supper hot day, Nadya handed me a little Oriental Hand Fan : "Will make You feel cooler a little ." Then Colleen made the Bath, the Music, the Candle ready for me - exactly as hot or cold or loud as I desired. To lay in that Mineral Water by the music and candlelight was sooo pleasant. After that - the Waterfall Relaxing Room, with a waterfall, hot tee choices and fruits. The Sofa there was the most comfortable thing ever. Thank You to All of You there, who make it Possible!

    1930’s flashback
1930’s institutional vibe with some upgrades. The changing room was tiny with no privacy or personal space but the waiting area was spacious & comfortable. We had baths & massages. The service rooms were down a long hall way which felt like a fancy hospital. The tubs were pre filled with perfectly warmed water in very deep tubs. The Swedish massage was good.

    Treat yourself❤️
The Roosevelt Baths are an amazing Treat to yourself. The quiet room has large comfortable chaise lounges to relax in. The mineral bath, soothes aching joints and itchy skin. If you like massages, my experience was incredible. The baths are original.

    Amazing
On day 1 we came for the mineral bath. Very very highly recommended! Day 2 we both had massages. Mine was the best I’ve had in years by an excellent individual who’d been doing this for over 15 years. Very fun place. Excellent staff. I would have loved a tour of the buildings with some of the history.

The place is really run down. I understand they want to maintain some sort of authenticity but they really need to update a few things… Like the bathrooms. Very overpriced. I paid $180 for a 40 minute experience.

Want to feel like you just time traveled to the 1920’s and have a luxurious spa experience in a historic building? Well the Rosevelt Baths are for you! You are brought to your own room with a massage table and bath already filled after walking down a somewhat creepy but cool hallway. Your spa attendant will explain why the water looks the way it does and what your experience will entail before leaving you to enjoy it for whatever time you’ve selected. It is a little weird at first with the odd colored water, the slightly metallic smell and the bubbles that appear when you move, but they do a good job of explaining the science behind it to help put you to ease! Each room does have a small bathroom with a sink and toilet as well. Can’t wait to come back!

A friend told me about the Roosevelt Spa so I decided to give it a try with my sister and daughter. They have a lovely, quiet waiting room while you wait to be taken to your room for a soak. We booked a 40 minute soak. A woman came and brought all of us to our individual room and they still use the original, deep, cast iron tubs (they are set 4 inches below the floor) and it is designed perfectly to lay and soak in the tub. The water is perfect temperature and there is a bathroom in each room if you need to visit at any time. I thoroughly enjoyed this soak with natural spring water that naturally bubbles. It seemed like a mini-detox so make sure to relax the rest of the day. Would definitely return to do it again!
