An excellent view from the bridge in both directions. If we had more time (and I wore better shoes(!)) we would have taken a walk along the water and enjoyed it more. This blends into my next review as we eat dinner at Alex on...More

Oswego knows how do the water. Nice and relaxing. Paved sidewalks to stroll on to view, smell and hear the beautiful water. A lively place to wonder and forget about life.

Always fun to watch the people fish and seeing the boats. It's also nice because of all the shops along first street.

You can walk on the paved paths on both sides of the Oswego River. There is a pubic restroom plus several restaurants above it. A favorite salmon fishing spot in autumn.

During the months from September to December, the local town folks come to watch or fish as the salmon, brown trout, and steelhead come rolling in from Lake Ontario. Off the boardwalk are restaurants, and just a few blocks away are some famous deli's that...More
