Water is warm clean and refreshing. The river has it for everyone. Slow spots and fast rapids. Enjoyed the day and respected it. Please don’t bring glass to the river. Don’t want to break glass and cut feet.

Went here to see one of the other National Parks Service sites. We did a river rafting trip and saw the Roebling Bridge. It was a really fun and relaxing day. Perfect for a river swim in the heat too. Would definitely come here again....More

Beautiful scenic river, crystal clear water, tons of wildlife only 100 miles from Times Square. Monitored by US Park Rangers for safety.

Such a great river to chill in a tube with another tube filled with beers and just drift for a few hours. Lots of bald eagles. Lots of deer, fish, etc.

We were fortunate to be here during the one or two weeks a year when the forsythia is in bloom and they are everywhere. The river is amazing - straight and clear. I fished one of the tributaries - the Callicoon Creek and it ran...More

We were there at 3pm. It has many fish in the stream. The cool thing is the river goes all the way down to Deleware.
