The state park and lighthouse are all very close. In winter there is no fee for parking that I was aware. A beautiful sunny day and a walk along the beach was a nice change instead of driving and working and this is just 35...More

It's the beach, nothing more and nothing less. It is a nice beach at that but there is little else to do here, except when there is a special show, such as the Air Show, or Fireworks.

You can bike, run, walk, jog, or just stroll along the beach here. The sand goes on for miles and miles. The board walk is great if you have a stroller or little kids tagging along. Bike trails are abundant too!! Great place to spend...More

We have the best beaches in the world! Robert Moses is the western part of Fire Island and the scenery and atmosphere cant be beat! True Long Island Beach with all Long Island locals! Clean and quiet. No dogs allowed though!
