All Hands used to be the officer's beach, when Subic was an American military base. They picked the best location that doesn't force you to go to far, but now it's a bit overcrowded. Also, there are no lockers, which seems insane to me.

Staffs are accommodating. Clean and Cozy Rooms and beach front area. Good supply of water. Wifi signal needs improvement. Overnight accommodations with free towels and toiletries. Food is okay.

went there for lunch a couple of times, no charge to get in to eat, only if you swim ect. Very nice and safe place. always clean with good staff. parking was free and easy when we went but I have heard it get full.
